These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JWB TECH-MASTER website, mobile interfaces, digital courses, mock tests, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

JWB TECH-MASTER may suspend accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized access, or policy violations.

2. Educational Nature of Services

The Platform provides EdTech content for learning and exam preparation. We do not guarantee employment, rank, marks, or specific examination outcomes.

3. Access to Digital Content

Paid plans provide a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Access duration, feature limits, and content scope depend on your selected plan.
Login sharing, content recording, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Billing, and Taxes

All payments are processed through compliant third-party payment gateways. Prices may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to collect payment for the plan selected by you.

5. Cancellation and Refund Rule

Digital subscriptions and downloadable/streaming educational products are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once access is granted. Limited exceptions, if any, are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

6. Aadhaar-based Identity Verification (Where Required)

For fraud prevention, account integrity, or regulatory/payment compliance, we may request identity verification, including Aadhaar-based KYC through authorized verification partners. Any such processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including videos, questions, study notes, branding, and software components, are owned by or licensed to JWB TECH-MASTER and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or disruptive behavior is permitted.
No attempt to bypass exam controls, subscription controls, or platform security is allowed.
Violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination without compensation.

9. Service Availability and Updates

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features for maintenance, quality, or legal reasons. Temporary downtime may occur due to upgrades, outages, or third-party dependencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JWB TECH-MASTER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business, or exam opportunity.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JWB TECH-MASTER and its team from claims arising due to misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
